Cold Creek Wellness Center offers inpatient, outpatient and individual counseling for adults with all types of substance abuse, addiction, and co-occurring mental health disorders. We only serve eight clients at a time and offer a truly individualized Utah drug rehab program that includes a minimum 45-Day Residential Treatment, a six-week Family Program with private family counseling, a 90-day Intensive Outpatient Program and a lifetime Aftercare Program.
